Who We are Looking For

• Start date: Q2
• Location: remote, overlap with European timezones
• Working days: Monday-Thursday
• Compensation: 500-800€/day depending on the profile
• Pre-requisites:
  • Strong Rust experience is required (professional or OSS portfolio we can look at)
  • Good English communication
  • Comfortable with extensive pair-programming in a professional context
• Profile A:
  • Required: strong professional C experience
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience with porting codebases to a different language, preferably to Rust
    • Experience teaching Rust
• Profile B:
  • Required: extensive experience working on cloud-native backend systems (relational databases, queues, and the usual problems in distributed systems)
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience with a high-availability systems
    • Experience with Kubernetes as the underlying orchestrator platform
